I really enjoy my work as a teacher and researcher. I also strive to be a well-rounded person and explore different interests outside of Political Science in my downtime.

My main outside loves are hiking and trail running. I also enjoy going to the movie theater every week or so, swimming, reading (for fun!), listening to and making music (guitar, banjo, singing), and amateur astronomy (I bought a telescope and subscribed to Astronomy magazine at the start of the pandemic!).
